Why ForgeKeep exists
Competitive MMORPG guilds coordinate people, schedules, drops, points, inventory, money, and alliances. Those decisions affect one another, yet they are often recorded in separate spreadsheets and Discord threads. ForgeKeep brings the workflows together without turning a guild’s private record into public content.
An attendance result can support points; a boss drop can enter inventory; a sale can reach accounting without being retyped.
Important operational changes retain context so leaders and authorized members can review what happened.
Guild, member, alliance, inventory, and financial details remain subject to application authentication and authorization.
Software cannot make a guild fair on its own. Leaders still need clear rules, appropriate permissions, consistent review, and honest communication. ForgeKeep is built to make those practices easier to apply and easier to inspect—not to replace leadership judgment or guarantee a particular outcome.
Editorial standards
ForgeKeep is an independent guild-management service and is not affiliated with LORDNINE, Smilegate, or a regional game publisher. Our public guides explain planning methods and product workflows; they do not replace the game client, official notices, or a guild’s own rules.
We review factual game references before publishing, label uncertain or region-specific information, and update or remove material when it becomes stale. To report an error, missing context, or rights concern, email forgekeepnoreply@gmail.com.
