Make a useful first message.
For a support question, include the page or feature, the action you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. Remove passwords, payment details, access tokens, and private member information from screenshots.
For a privacy request, use the email associated with your account where possible and describe the workspace or record involved. We may need to verify authority before discussing guild or member data.
ForgeKeep is an independent service. For game-account, Discord, or marketplace issues controlled by another provider, contact that provider directly as well.
