Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a ForgeKeep account or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

A guild or faction created under your account is administered at your direction. You are responsible for actions your Guild Leaders, Officers, and members take using roles and permissions you grant them.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ForgeKeep to harass other users, upload unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other guilds' data, or interfere with the operation of the service.

4. Guild data and content

Data you or your guild members submit (rosters, attendance records, treasury ledgers, messages) remains yours. You grant ForgeKeep a license to store and process that data solely to operate the service on your behalf.

5. Service availability

ForgeKeep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change as the service evolves — see the Changelog for a running history of what's shipped.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
