Questions answered

What guild leaders need to know before moving operations.

ForgeKeep combines several workflows that are often handled by separate tools. These answers explain the product boundaries, privacy model, and the relationship between the web platform and Discord.

ForgeKeep questions and answers

What is ForgeKeep?

ForgeKeep is a web-based MMORPG guild management platform for guild leaders, officers, alliance leaders, and gaming communities. It connects member, boss, attendance, loot, inventory, points, accounting, and Discord workflows.

How is ForgeKeep different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet stores rows. ForgeKeep applies guild roles, connects related operations, keeps histories, and supports workflows such as boss scheduling, attendance verification, loot distribution, inventory, points, and Discord commands.

Does ForgeKeep make private guild data public?

Private guild, member, inventory, and financial areas require application authorization. Public marketing pages do not contain real guild records, and private routes are marked noindex as an additional search-engine signal.

Can an alliance manage several guilds?

ForgeKeep supports multi-guild and alliance operations while preserving guild-level boundaries. Access depends on the user’s authorized alliance, faction, guild, and platform roles.

Can attendance affect DKP or guild points?

Guilds can use verified attendance and approved activities as inputs to their own point rules. Leaders remain responsible for publishing fair earning, spending, correction, and reset policies.

Does ForgeKeep replace Discord?

No. Discord remains the communication layer. ForgeKeep provides the structured operational record and can connect supported commands and notifications to that record.

Is the LORDNINE relic calculator public?

Yes. The relic calculator can be used without signing in. Market inputs and calculations should still be reviewed because in-game values and markets can change.

Put the guild record in one keep.

Create a workspace, invite the right officers, and migrate one workflow at a time. Private guild data stays behind application authorization.
